NotesDual Slot 1 server/workstation board, silkscreened "SUPER P6DBS REV 2.00", MADE IN USA. Onboard Adaptec AIC-7895P dual-channel Ultra Wide SCSI (date code 742811), AMIBIOS sticker "666 (1)965-95 / A8354490", and an "SM53666E — warranty void if removed" sticker. The serial recorded here is the DB57061 sticker beside the BIOS label. Fitted as found: two Intel Pentium II cartridges, both B80523P350512E SL2SF 2.0V (350MHz, 512K L2, 100MHz FSB — one Malay, one Malay/Philippines marking), each with its fan, plus the two retention mechanisms. The CPUs are not recorded as separate objects; they are noted here as what came with the board. Slot count follows the Supermicro manual for the P6DBS (4 PCI, 3 ISA with one shared, plus AGP) and matches what is visible in the photo. Coin-cell RTC battery fitted. Untested.
