NotesFull-size AT 386 board, silkscreened "3117-2", with an "S/N: MSI: 722712 / MADE IN TAIWAN" sticker — the same family as the MSI 3117-3 on The Retro Web, which carries the same C&T CS82310 (PEAK/DM) chipset. Fitted as found: AMD Am386 DX/DXL-33 (A80386DX-33 / A80386DXL-33, B 113DDZR) with an Intel A80387DX-33 maths coprocessor beside it, and a KOYO 66.667MHz oscillator to suit. Chipset chips are CHIPS F82C351 (marked 33MHz), F82C356 and a third CHIPS device. Two CHIPS EPROMs: "386 BIOS VER __ (ODD)" and a keyboard-controller BIOS — the matching (EVEN) BIOS was not read off in the photo. Eight 30-pin SIMM sockets. A row of SRAM DIPs (Micron MT5C6408-20, plus Motorola MCM6290BP20 near the chipset) is present; whether that is a cache or chipset buffer memory has not been established, so no cache size is recorded. A blue 3.6V 50mAh barrel battery (GS 3B50H-3) is soldered to the board at the top right — intact in the photo, but the usual leak risk, and worth dealing with before this board is stored or powered. Untested.
