Tulip LEGA
Video RH-JK0OThis is a great example of EGA becoming cheaper and much more integrated. The Chips & Technologies P82C435 replaces much of the circuitry required by earlier designs while retaining CGA, MDA, Hercules and EGA compatibility. It’s fully loaded with 256KB of video RAM and even includes an EGA feature connector for video expansion hardware. An impressively capable 8-bit ISA card that squeezed a lot of graphics compatibility onto one relatively simple board.
